I forgot my password.

Accepted Answer

If you forget your password, please follow the password reset procedure via the "Forgot your password?" link on the login screen. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you wish to unsubscribe, please proceed through the "Delete Account" option in the settings screen. Please note that after unsubscribing, your posts, comments, and other data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

Notification settings

You can change your notification settings from "Change Notification Content" in the settings screen. You can individually configure notifications for comments on posts, thank you messages, follow-related notifications, and more.

Question 4

I want to change my nickname.

Accepted Answer

You can change your nickname from the "Change Nickname" option in the settings screen. Please set it to 15 characters or less.

Question 5

I want to change my email address.

Accepted Answer

You can change your email address from the "Change Email Address" section in the settings screen. A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address, so please check it using the link in the email.

Question 6

I want to mute a specific user.

Accepted Answer

Muting a user will prevent you from seeing their posts and comments. You can manage this from "Manage Muted Users" in the settings screen.

I want to block a specific user.

Accepted Answer

Blocking a user restricts all communication with that user. You can manage this from "Blocked Users Management" in the settings screen.
